itelligence AG Utilizes Strategic Advantage of SAP SuccessFactors
As one of the globally leading SAP consulting companies, itelligence AG will be rolling out the SAP SuccessFactors cloud solutions across its People Department from November 2019. This move represents a strategically important step, since human resources teams have an increasingly important role to play when it comes to digital transformation.
The SAP Platinum Partner advises corporations as well as small and medium-sized companies worldwide on the digitization of their business processes and its success shows no signs of slowing down. In terms of turnover, the company is set to hit the billion euro mark for the first time at the end of 2020, which will dovetail nicely with its 30th anniversary. Acquisitions in Europe, Asia, and – more recently – Brazil have seen the number of employees at itelligence AG will rise to around 10,000 in 2019. All the more reason for the company to start taking advantage of the dynamic HR management systems afforded by SAP SuccessFactors.

The SAP SuccessFactors suite allows companies to shift the focus of their human resources teams from pure administration to more strategic tasks in a bid to optimize complex processes in the long term. itelligence will be exploiting this new dynamic to its full potential.

The implementation of the HCM Cloud solutions in SAP SuccessFactors at itelligence will involve multiple phases. itelligence will start by launching the Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Learning, and Performance and Goals modules. The global rollout will then take place over the next five years, covering 26 different countries and a total of 10,000 employees based on today’s figures. In the next phase, the system architects will integrate the SAP SuccessFactors solutions with the local payroll systems, business intelligence systems, and SAP S/4HANA.
