Because of the loss of the IT department of the Schaltbau Holding AG the manufacturer needed application support from NTT DATA Business Solutions. It was necessary to build up a new system landscape rapidly and from scratch again. After making a system copy and then separating all data belonging to the parent company, the carve-out was brought to a successful conclusion. This was followed by a seamless knowledge transfer from the consultants to the Application Management Service Team. Familiarity with the brake manufacturer’s processes meant that nothing stood in the way of a successful transition.
