La AEAT ha publicado con fecha 30 de junio las nuevas validaciones SII, cuyo objetivo principal es mejorar y ampliar la calidad de información suministrada.
Las nuevas fechas previstas son:
- Inicio período de pruebas: 1 de octubre de 2020.
- Entrada en funcionamiento: 1 de enero de 2021.
SAP todavía lo está analizando.

Libro Registro Facturas Emitidas
- Devoluciones en el Régimen de Viajeros
- Validaciones en Importe Total
- Facturas Simplificadas: validaciones en cuota repercutida e importe no superior a 3.000€
- Concurso de Acreedores, créditos incobrables: validaciones en desglose, tipo operación y contraparte
- Identificación Contraparte, en facturas F2, F4 y R5 este bloque no puede estar informado
Libro Registro Facturas Recibidas
- Validaciones en Importe Total
- Facturas Simplificadas: validaciones en cuota repercutida e importe
- Nuevo campo bien de inversión (opcional)
- Nuevos campos “Deducir en período posterior”, “Ejercicio” y “Período de deducción”
- Importaciones: Validación clave de régimen y Desglose de inversión del sujeto pasivo no puede estar cumplimentado.
- Validación de Fecha de expedición y período de liquidación: la fecha de expedición no puede ser anterior a la fecha del sistema; El periodo de liquidación no puede ser anterior al período correspondiente a la fecha de expedición.
- Adquisiciones intracomunitarias de bienes (AIB): validaciones en desglose, tipo de factura, NIF-IVA contraparte e Identificador.
Libro De determinadas operaciones intracomunitarias (bienes en consigna)
- Bloques de cumplimiento obligatorio: titular, ID registro, contraparte, deposito, expedición/recepción, destino final, acuerdo de facturación y entidad sucedida
– UPDATES FOR THE NEW VALIDATIONS SII 2021 –
On June 30, the AEAT published the new SII validations, whose main objective is to improve and extend the quality of the information provided.
The new planned dates are:
– Start of the test period: October 1, 2020.
– Entry into operation: January 1, 2021.

Invoices Issued Registry Book
- Returns in the Traveler’s Regime
- Validations in Total Amount
- Simplified Invoices: validations in instalments charged and amount not exceeding 3.000 €
- Creditors’ meeting, bad debts: validations in breakdown, type of operation and counterpart
- Counterpart identification, on F2, F4 and R5 invoices this block cannot be informed
Invoices Received Registry Book
- Validations in Total Amount
- Simplified Invoices: Validations in output and amount
- New field of investment property (optional)
- New fields «Deduct in Subsequent Period», «Fiscal Year» and «Deduction Period»
- Imports: Key Scheme Validation and Reverse Transaction Breakdown cannot be completed.
- Validation of Date of issue and settlement period: Date of issue cannot be earlier than the system date; Settlement period cannot be earlier than the period corresponding to the date of issue
- Intracommunity acquisitions of goods (AIB): validations in breakdown, invoice type, counterpart VAT-ID and Identifier.
Book of certain intra-community transactions (consignment goods)
- Mandatory blocks: holder, registration ID, counterparty, deposit, dispatch/receipt, final destination, billing agreement and succeeded entity
