With the pace and the increase in complexity of the business environment, the contours of operating & performing to sustain a competitive edge are being subject to unprecedented change. Human Resource (HR) management is no exception and the most significant development in the recent past has been the transformation of the HR function as a strategic business partner responsible to effectively manage talent.

Further, HR today, is expected to help Lead Digital Transformation across the board and thereby help forge productive business relationships beyond natural work groups. As a result, it is increasingly clear that the traditional create and push information approach no longer meets employees’ evolving needs. This change in workforce trends has forced organizations to relook at employee experience holistically. Here is when new-age digital technologies come in the picture; not just helping the organization better manage their workforce but also to better utilize data to effectively acquire, build and grow digital talent.

Given this framework, Dun & Bradstreet in association with SAP and Itelligence India are hosting the “HR Roundtable 2018” on Thursday, 20th September 2018 between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, followed by lunch, at Hotel Grand Sheraton, Pune.

 The conference theme is Role of HR in Digital Transformation and will deliberate & focus on the following topics:

  • How can organizations transform themselves at the Speed of Digital?
  • What kind of framework is required for the organizations which are in the process of determining their strategies to address the disruptive challenges?
  • How are skill-sets evolving and what it means for managing digital talent
  • Experiential solutions that transform organization into a modern workforce

We will also provide the analysis, basis the feedback form collected, for each participating organization on where they stand today compared to leaders in their process streamlining/simplification and areas they need to work on to explore full potential for their growth.
