Aasonn and itelligence Partner to Expand North American Presence

Strategic agreement advances Aasonn LLC and itelligence, Inc. market reach to maximize sales reach and implementation resources

Naperville, IL, Jan. 21, 2014 – Aasonn LLC and itelligence, Inc. announced a partnership today that will expand Aasonn’s market reach in addition to further strengthening itelligence’s position as one of the largest resellers of SAP® software. By leveraging both Aasonn and itelligence’s strengths across key business areas that include sales, delivery and services for SAP solutions, this agreement will help drive new opportunities for both organizations to sell and support SuccessFactors cloud HCM software for talent management and human resources (HR). Furthermore, increased sales reach and augmented implementation resources are expected to increase both companies’ activities across North American markets, and joint programs will help promote scalability and efficiency within their respective sales and delivery units.

As part of the agreement, Aasonn and itelligence will create a joint sales program to align and accelerate their marketing and sales efforts related to SuccessFactors software. itelligence expects to focus primarily on subscription reselling activities, and Aasonn plans to support the itelligence sales team with solution development and implementation services. In addition, both companies will leverage their professional services strengths to perform high-quality implementations of SuccessFactors solutions. Together, itelligence and Aasonn will unite their expertise in both SAP and SuccessFactors software with the goal to provide a premium level of service and greater implementation capabilities to their customers.
