I work with Customer Experience (CX), and thereby business development in the CEM team. CX is a customer interaction with a company. Anything that affects a customer’s perception and the customer’s decision to return or not. A good customer experience, is a great potential for the company. Yes, use customer feedback to improve CX – this part is my specialty, and I have worked with CX, Marketing automation, customer journey, content, audiences, counseling and optimization of corporate visibility for more than 15 years.
