Hello world! It’s me again and it’s again about Education.
The beginning of the hot summer in Moscow and the third quarter of 2014 year caused a rapid growth of our Education business direction and lots of new activities around that. As you all might remember itelligence Russia delivers different courses around SAP BOBJ, BW, FI, CO and HANA to the market. Since the third quarter we also offer CRM training for the customers and partners.
CRM courses are in demand due to the high popularity of customer relation management services. Each company wants to increase the loyalty of its customers, manage the sales process, services and marketing and it does not matter whether it is a small shop or a big trade chain. Visiting these courses: CRM Customizing Fundamentals, CRM Middleware and CRM Service helps to grow own specialists within the company or improve consultant’s achieved knowledge.
In this quarter we have successfully conducted 5 trainings and taught more than 30 people during them. Our result is the highest marks afterwards.
Besides the Education program on CRM topic, itelligence Russia supports SAP’s innovative product SAP Cloud for Sales CRM. In May 2014 itelligence first among the partners was authorized for providing support and full-cycle implementation.
