UK Group Customer Services Director

I graduated top of my year in 1995 achieving a B.Sc. in Engineering from University of West of Scotland (UWS), and began my professional career at Digital Equipment Corporation as a Manufacturing Engineer working with Six Sigma and JIT methodology. My experience in production and shop floor systems allowed me to participate in the global SAP implementation, going live in 1998.

I then joined PriceWaterhouse as an SAP PP Consultant and worked on projects at various customers including Coty, Jefferson Smurfit & Glaxo Smithkline, amongst others.

In 2001,I joined the Warehouse IT team at Compaq through a small consultancy firm called Shian, undertaking SAP consultancy. During this assignment I formed the global training development team that went on to develop SAP training courses that were delivered to over 10,000 end users. At the same time, Chelford SAP solutions acquired Shian and I was given the role of Operations Director. In 2010 Itelligence acquired Chelford and I have since then has been part of the itelligence UK executive management team as Customer Services Director running the Glasgow based SAP Support Centre.
