itelligence buys SAP-based Business from Software AG in the Czech Republic
Prague, August 30, 2013 – Effective August 31st, 2013, itelligence, the leading IT Full
Service Provider in the SAP sphere, will take over from Software AG the business areas SAP
Consulting, SAP Licensing and SAP Maintenance, as well as Outsourcing, in the Czech
Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
With this move itelligence becomes the Czech Republic’s largest SAP Partner. The
successful SAP consulting house itelligence expands its overall presence in Eastern Europe,
and through the takeover of the SAP-based business of Software AG will also enlarge its
customer base in the Czech Republic.
