NTT DATA Business Solutions called on by De Montfort University for Integrated SAP® solution

London, 22nd September – NTT DATA Business Solutions announced today that De Montfort University (DMU) is to engage in a radical overhaul of its finance, HR and student engagement systems as part of its continuing transformation project to provide the best possible class services to students and staff.

SAP S/4HANA from NTT DATA Business Solutions

The University has partnered with NTT DATA Business Solutions, a leading full-service provider of SAP® software solutions, to replace its core business systems and replace them with SAP S/4HANA®, which includes solutions for student engagement and administration, finance, HR and payroll.

Central to the SAP solution will be a new state-of-the-art student engagement platform that will support the University’s efforts to recruit, engage and retain potential students across the world.

Student segmentation, tracking & monitoring

The new SAP solution will offer the University a single view of each individual student, including financial, welfare and academic performance. Crucially, the SAP solution will also offer DMU the opportunity to segment, track and monitor potential students across the world from the pre-application process, including marketing efforts for open days, through their studies and on into alumni relations post-University.
