Open Up New Opportunities by Enhancing the SAP User Experience (SAP UX)

On Wednesday 23rd May 2018, all SAP roads will lead to #itelli2018, together with some of my colleagues at NTT DATA Business Solutions UK. At the annual conference, I will explain how SAP Fiori was used to make dramatic user experience improvements for our customer, Smyths Toys.

Smyths Toys needed to ensure they were aligning operational efficiency with SAP innovation and a key element of this included SAP User experience (SAP UX) improvements. The initial SAP UX project focused on the buying team in order to introduce business efficiencies by improving the way buyers interacted with core SAP systems. The project transformed SAP usability and left users with a simple and easy to use SAP system. Additionally, a single view was delivered with integration of non-SAP data.

I will be presenting at 2.10pm in the Gielgud Room, QEII Centre, London, during the #itelli2018 conference, and hope to see you there.
