London, 8th December 2016 – itelligence announced today that Leeds Building Society is set to improve its data and analytics capabilities with the installation of a new Data Warehouse Platform and Business Analytics Solution to improve the insight gained by the society.
The modern data platform, which will be provided by itelligence, is an integrated and innovative technology platform that will aid decision making for the society by providing greater insight and the ability to react to change faster. The solution will incorporate the SAP HANA® platform, the SAP® BusinessObjects™ Business Intelligence (BI) platform and SAP BusinessObjects Predictive Analytics software.

The modern data platform serves to improve the end-user experience for delivering insight by making data more accessible, supporting self-service and reducing the overall time to deliver the insight. At the core is a unified in-memory data management and processing capability that not only extends database services way beyond a traditional data warehouse, but also includes advanced application, processing and integration services that are consistent with a full platform.
The platform will be capable of managing data from a large variety of sources ranging from structured databases to Hadoop stores. Data will then be delivered with real-time query responses that are independent of the data types, with insight presented via advanced analytics tools.
