First steps when you join

From student to experienced professional, we value your contribution. We believe your first few weeks are the most important. Starting with a personal development plan for you and an induction course to help you build your personal network of contacts. You’ll also be assigned a coach who can help with any questions, share his or her knowledge and advise you on your training plan. Your success is important to us – and to our customers – which is why we want you to feel part of itelligence as soon as possible.



What learning and development opportunities will you have?

itelligence academy is one of the highlights of your career development. It’s your opportunity to train in over 160 SAP technical topics and related skills. Most of these courses take place in our head office in Bielefeld. When you expand your knowledge and develop your specialist skills, it’s good for your career and our customers.

Sharing knowledge is a vital part of the way we work. That’s why we’ve developed our company intranet – itellipedia. It’s available to answer your questions and improve your understanding of what we do. And it’s a two-way street – you can share your knowledge with colleagues too.

Our programme for future leaders is the Development Expert and Leadership Talent (DELTa), where we offer talented employees the opportunity to expand their strategic and international expertise. We’ve also created the DELTa network to brings people in different parts of our company together in the long term.
