itelligence has long been at the forefront of the digital transformation, so it was only fitting that we recently joined SAP for a live stream chat on Blab —a disruptive new live interview platform—during SAP’s #SB50disrupt event. Streaming live from the Fan Energy Zone Powered by SAP in Super Bowl City, itelligence experts Kellie Fitzpatrick, Vice President, HCM Line of Business, and Nathan Weaver, Director, SAP HANA Engagements, joined in on the fun to discuss how digital transformation is shifting the paradigm of human resources and bringing real-time business insights closer to reality. The live events were hosted by Brian Fanzo, chief social media officer at MyChannel, and Daniel Newman, CEO at V3+Broadstreet.
Kellie, who resides in Charlotte, NC proudly donned a Carolina Panthers jersey for her live stream session as she tackled multiple HR technology topics, including how HR leaders can embrace the digital transformation to satisfy the need for feedback among the growing and influential millennial workforce. Kellie’s appearance on the show was far more successful than her hometown teams’ showing in the Super Bowl.
Next it was Nathan’s turn to join the hosts for a one-hour chat on the value of real-time business, which he described as “the end of saying ‘I’ll get back to you.’” By embracing a strong data governance plan, adopting data visualization tools such as SAP Lumira and creating a roadmap for success, Nathan demonstrated how real-time business insights can help companies deliver better customer service and allow all employees to better manage and leverage complex data environments.
