Today’s modern CFO must be more than a master bean counter and head of the finance department in their organization. The expectations are so much more from the CFO and the entire finance team today. Finance now leads the organization as the department that tells the company what will happen, not just what did happen. And what drives this change? Data. Data is the lifeblood of an organization.
