Planning #itelli2018 Part 3 - The Agenda

itelli2018

If you read my previous #itelli2018 planning posts then you should have a good feel for the thought process that we go through in order to try and deliver the very best SAP Partner conference.

In part 1 of this blog series I highlighted a number of changes we were making this year, not least of all the venue itself, moving to the QEII Conference Centre. In part II, I highlighted the “New Reality” conference theme, and I also revealed that for the first time we will be going fully digital with the launch of the #itelli2018 app.

It is crucial that you download and access the conference app as it plays a key role in enhancing your attendee experience. From speaker bios to venue maps it is a rich source of information. However, perhaps the most important function of the app is to deliver the agenda.

We have worked incredibly hard to deliver an agenda that we believe is both engaging and informative. The morning keynote session is incredibly important to set the tone for the day so I am pleased to welcome Jens Amail, MD of SAP UK&I. Jens will be joining Justin Brading, NTT DATA Business Solutions UK MD for what promises to be an enlightening discussion on the challenges of adopting innovation whilst still delivering business as usual.

The morning keynote sessions have 3 objectives:

  1. Inspire – examples of use cases and the technologies behind them that can deliver the New Reality to you.
  2. Enlighten – hear how NTT DATA Business Solutions is re-architecting itself in order to remain your best choice partner for SAP related operational excellence and innovation.
  3. Encourage – seed ideas to help you imagine the solutions your organisation needs in order to optimise and innovate.

You can also expect to hear from the NTT DATA Business Solutions UK Leadership Team as we explain how we are changing our organisation in order to address the challenges of the New Reality. You can expect early insight into new customer programs that will be launched during the 2nd half of this year. It is also my distinct pleasure to be able to welcome back Timo Elliott to our conference. As a Global Innovation Evangelist for SAP, Timo is never short of good stories about the challenges and rewards of embracing new technologies, something that absolutely fits with this year’s theme!

Moving beyond the morning keynote to the afternoon breakout sessions, use the app to build your own agenda to ensure you get the opinion and advice that matters to you, so that you can better plan your investments. With so many topics to cover we have reduced each breakout to 30 minutes, so you can expect punchy, to the point information delivered with the usual NTT DATA Business Solutions honesty, particularly where new technologies are concerned.

You can download the event mobile app here.

Talking of new technologies, the ever popular hands on area will be open from lunch onwards and will showcase the latest S/4HANA release as well as the latest Analytics Innovations using SAP Analytics Cloud and the Digital Boardroom. Get there early to be assured of access.

As mentioned in my previous blog, this year we are launching Consultants Corner, giving you an opportunity to meet our Consulting Practice Heads as well as our Managed Services Leadership Team.

In addition, I am honoured that once again we are able to share so many real world customer stories during the afternoon breakout sessions. Hear how organisations just like yours are partnering with NTT DATA Business Solutions to design and deliver solutions that embrace the New Reality. After the breakout sessions I look forward to welcoming you all back for the afternoon keynote with our special guest who will be announced very soon. Following the keynote you are of course welcome to join us for a drink at our networking reception before wandering off into the busy Westminster evening.

Hopefully that provides you with an insight into the agenda for #itelli2018.

I hope to see you there.

Now get that app downloaded and build your personal agenda.
